How long do coaching sessions last?
The initial consultation is 45-60 minutes long. Sessions are part of the 12-week program, typically 60 minutes long, and conducted either in person or via zoom.
How much does a session cost?
The initial session is $180.00 and the cost of the program varies on your individual needs and preferences. The real question to ask is not how much it costs but but what will it cost if I don't invest in myself, my company, and my true legacy.
How do you reprogram your unconscious programming and start living a life you love?
My 5 step process is designed to align you with the frequency of your true desires. It is the least resistant, most intuitive way to dissolve what's been blocking you-and align with what you've been seeking all along. Most people are shocked by how quickly things shift, once they stop trying to fix themselves...and start returning to who they really are.

Desiring change is enough to make a huge shift. You will know during or following the initial consult and recode if this resonates with you. You don't need to know exactly how it works, unless that interests you. You can do a deep dive on Neuroplasticity and Epigenetics as well as Law of attraction/Quantum Physics, but that level of knowledge is not needed to experience a massive shift in your life.
